Bridge City Factors invests in  mortgage notes secured by a mortgage loans on real property, typically a 1 – 4 family residential property. We focus on the acquisition of 3 types of primary promissory note situations:

  • Performing Notes
  • Re-Performing notes
  • Non-Performing Notes
